Suresh Mahato is a Registered Representative with Transamerica Financial Advisors, LLC and an Executive Marketing Director with World Financial Group. He is dedicated to helping individuals and families develop financial strategies designed to address their long-term financial goals and objectives.
Originally from a rural village in Nepal, Suresh was raised in a farming family that emphasized hard work, perseverance, and the importance of education. His parents made significant sacrifices to provide educational opportunities for their children, instilling values that continue to guide his personal and professional life.
Suresh earned a Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology in Nepal before moving to the United States in 2007 to pursue additional educational opportunities. He later earned a second Bachelor’s degree from Wichita State University and a Master’s degree from Texas State University. His academic journey reflects a strong commitment to lifelong learning, adaptability, and personal growth.
Prior to entering the financial services industry, Suresh spent more than a decade working in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry. He served as a Manufacturing Scientist with Agilent Technologies, where he developed extensive experience in analytical thinking, problem-solving, process improvement, and leadership.
In 2023, Suresh transitioned from the biotechnology industry to financial services to pursue his interest in helping individuals and families address their financial needs. As a Registered Representative with Transamerica Financial Advisors, LLC (TFA), he works with clients to help them evaluate their financial goals and develop strategies related to retirement planning, asset accumulation, risk management, and other financial objectives.
In conjunction with being a Registered Representative with TFA, Suresh serves as an Executive Marketing Director with World Financial Group, where he is involved in leadership development, mentoring, and supporting the professional growth of financial professionals.
Suresh’s journey from rural Nepal to building a professional career in the United States reflects his dedication to education, perseverance, and service. He remains committed to helping clients make informed financial decisions and to supporting the development of future leaders within the financial services industry.
